I had an amazing experience here today! I was able to get an appointment incredibly quickly, which was a huge plus. The entire team was so nice, welcoming, and personal. They took the time to explain everything perfectly so I knew exactly what to expect. A special shout-out to Shirresse, who was absolutely wonderful! I'm actually looking forward to starting my upcoming treatment and getting my Invisalign with them. Highly recommend this practice!

If I could give this place 0/5, I would in a heartbeat!!! Saw a promo on instagram for free teeth whitening, clicked on the link then filled out the form. Moments later I received a text to schedule an appointment, which I did. Following day I arrived for my appointment and this is where it went downhill, FAST. Male receptionist was extremely rude and condescending. Started off by saying "well you didn't confirm your appointment so you'll have to wait". I made the appointment the day before, do I confirm the morning of my appointment that I'll be there in a couple hours? Mind you, I was one time for said appointment. Anyways, I didn't say anything or matched his unwarranted attitude.I filled out the forms and patiently waited. Eventually he calls me to the desk and tells me they will have to verify my insurance coverage. So, I proceeded to ask WHY do you need to verify My INSURANCE for a FREE cleaning? Then he stated that I'm a new patient and will need a consult, xrays etc. So I asked again, because the ad was for cleaning not the additional crap he mentioned, then he proceeded to talk to me in a condescending manner as if I should know that free whitening automatically means

What an amazing staff! I’ve had some pretty awful experiences with dental care in the past, so I was honestly nervous about trying yet another new office. From the moment I walked in, though, everyone made me feel welcome. Every single person was kind, down-to-earth, and genuinely caring. They reassured me that everything would be okay and that they were there to help, which meant more than they probably realize. In a time when so many people are dealing with their own challenges and kindness can sometimes feel hard to find, this entire team treated me with compassion, respect, and genuine care. That kind of experience is truly priceless. Thank you for making what I expected to be a stressful visit such a positive one. I can’t recommend this office enough!

I had a great experience with Pine Ridge Dental! They were very understanding when I had to reschedule a few times due. They were extremely friendly and professional. Made suggestions on different treatment options without being pushy. I really enjoyed my experience there!

I enjoyed my first visit completely. I was warm welcomed. I was offered beverages. I was taking great care of and really listen to when heard and understood. I live in West Palm Beach. I would definitely take the drive down to the Dental office. They really care about their patients and he really will work with you. I wanna give a special things to Miss Sharisse and thank you, Dr. Ryan
